He provides expert advice and negotiation skills for both buyers and sellers. He helps clients evaluate a transaction analytically, providing objective, market data. His extensive inspection and property condition knowledge is an aid to both buyers and sellers. He has personally attended hundreds of property inspections.
Pat handles much of the property preparation, staging, and marketing, leveraging her skills as a copywriter. She wrote for top national advertising clients such as Kraft, Pepsi and Sprint before getting her real estate license in 2003.
